4. Email Addresses

When you request any ongoing (as opposed to one-off) information to be sent by email (eg newsletter or tip ezine), we use a "double opt-in" process to confirm that it is indeed you that has requested the service, before we add you to our email mailing lists.

Double opt-in is not used for one-off email communication, such as asking a question or making a one-off request for information.

4. Credit Card Numbers

We do not store your credit/debit card details.

If you pay by credit/debit card through our websites, we do not have access to your card details at all. These details are provided through secure web pages to our payment processor (currently Paypal), and not to the Company.

Cookies are also used to gather non-personal data on usage of our websites, so we may improve the content offered.

You can adjust settings on your computer to prevent acceptance of cookies, but this may hinder your access to certain website pages, if they require the use of cookies.
